Background in Industry
It all started with a heartfelt request from my sister to officiate her wedding. Honored yet slightly nervous, I took on the role, stepping into unfamiliar territory. As I stood before the gathered family and friends, I delivered their ceremony script with warmth and humor, exactly as they had envisioned. The atmosphere was filled with joy, and smiles adorned the faces of the couple and the audience throughout the ceremony. Witnessing the impact of creating such a special moment for my sister and her husband ignited a newfound passion within me.
This experience sparked a desire to delve deeper into the world of officiating and bring that same sense of joy and personalization to other couples’ special days. And so, my journey as a Celebrant began. With a background in Social Work, my innate passion for connecting with people fuels my dedication to crafting meaningful ceremonies. The name “Celebritt” embodies this journey—it’s a fusion of my name, Brittany, and my aspiration to be Britt, a friend to all. Just as I love dogs for their loyalty and companionship, I aim to bring that same warmth and companionship to every ceremony I officiate.
